This is Mai Shiranui. An interesting character I should say. She recently got released as a DLC for Street Fighter 6. I tried her a couple of times, so far shes a little difficult to use not sure why mainly because of the combo trials I've done. I am not sure what facial expression she's making, I heard it came from Goro Daimon, who knows.
