Pier 39

Pier 39 can be found at The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94133. It is one of the many piers that can be found in San Francisco. It is a beautiful place right by the bay where you can get an amazing view of Alcatraz. You can also get jet boat rides to go and visit Alcatraz! When we went there, it was towards the end of the day, so it was darker outside. It was beautiful outside! There were string lights everywhere, though it was freezing, we are right by the bay after all! They have a bunch of little gift shops, some that are kind of repeat of themselves, but they are still very fun to go and check out. They also have a lot of restaurants there, so we decided to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe, where they did warn us to keep our purses close and they are known for being robbed there, so keep that in mind if you ever eat there!
