Photography Work
Welcome to my photography portfolio. As an artist, I am always searching for beautiful moments occurring in everyday life as inspiration for projects in class or for personal creativity. I view every photo shoot as an opportunity to capture those moments and share them with the world. Have a look through my site to see my work, learn more about me and view my professional background
Blossoms Bloom
A photograph taken March 18th, 2019. As I was leaving a community center on the final day of a 3 day long swimming competition, these beautiful cherry blossoms were seen beginning a beautiful new spring cycle. Just as I was about to begin a new cycle in my athletic career.
Rainy Day Observation
Taken on February 3rd, 2019 in the aftermath of morning rain. We were coming out into the parking lot after our grocery shopping for the month, and I couldn't help but notice the beautiful way the colors of the sky and light were showing in the recently wet asphalt.
Micro Beauty
Look down sometimes, you might see something you never would have noticed otherwise. A heart shaped crack in the concrete, or these beautiful little flowers in the grass. Taken April 21st, 2019 at Elk Lodge location #423.
Highway to Highway
One evening I had decided to go for a walk by myself as I used to often do, seeking a sense of independence and adventure. I would pretend I was the main character of an Indie Movie trying to figure out where to go next, hopping highway to highway. The contrast of this old metal sign and fence with a beautiful blue near evening sky in the beyond, the discord I felt in a world yet to be known.
Date Taken Unknown.
City Sky Drain
A photograph taken August 16th, 2019 on a walk to a social gathering. This reflection of the sky into the water was so perfect it looked almost as if the sky itself was flowing into the storm drain.
10:55
Funnily enough this photograph was not taken at the time of 10:55 displayed on the clock, and was instead taken at 1:25 in the morning and shoddily edited to remove a door frame and mounted wifi router 3 weeks later. A pillow had been thrown at it the night before and the clock had stopped counting for a while. Mistreatment breaks things, but if you put in the effort it can always be fixed to an extent. Taken at some point in October 2021.
