The Best Choclate Chip Cookies

Differnt wet ingredients being mixed together

Wet Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups butter, browned

• 2 ½ cups sugar (½ brown sugar, ½ white sugar for fluffier cookies; 3 cups total for thinner, chewier cookies)

• 4 tablespoons milk

• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

• 2 large eggs

 

Lets hop rigt into the Wet ingriendents. Step 1 is Grabbing your butter and browning it once browned set it to the side to let it cool Step 2 then In a large bowl, combine the cooled browned butter, sugars and then mix untill well combined and no more butter is floating on the surfacce Step 3 then mix in milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended. Once this step is complete we can move on to dry ingriendents and baking. As a side not if you want your cookies thinner and crispier add another quarter cup of sugar to gain that consistency its fine to add it in after you have already mixed the sugar just make sure to mix it well.
