The Best Choclate Chip Cookies

Dry Ingredients:
• 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons salt
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
Add-ins:
• Your preferred amount of chocolate chips
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined. Then just fold in the chocolate chips. Now to move onto baking.
Bake:
• Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake one sheet at a time at 350°F:
• For chewy cookies: Bake for 9-11 minutes.
• For crisp cookies: Bake for 11-14 minutes.
• Makes around 5 dozen cookie
