Your homepage must be named index.html (all lowercase letters, no variations). If you named it something else (i.e. project1.html or indexCats.html) then rename it in Dreamweaver and reupload your pages.

Make sure you’re viewing your page in a Private or Incognito window within the browser. That forces the browser to download the most recent files (instead of relying on cached copies).
